I sewed my Tertapack prints of the flounder onto different fabrics and used the sewing needle with fabric to design the water.
I like the combination of two different techniques.

The focus is also on recycled milk or juice cartons from Terapack and fabric samples that I got from a men's outfitter.

I am indeed a vegetarian, but I eat fish from time to time. But I wouldn't eat sardines in a tin, I feel sorry for them lying in there. I just find the motif of the can with the tetrapack very exciting. You can do a lot of beautiful things with recycled Tetrapack, including printing etchings. Give it a try! It's fun!

Preparing an exhibition "Tatorte Kunst" in Wiesbaden, Germany. 26/27.10.2024.

I am using a combination of intaglio printing with Tetrapack and textile art.
I find that the etchings then take on a different value because they are sewn onto recycelt fabric.
