The first time it was too light because I had exposed it too short with natural UV light. The second time I used a UV lamp and was amazed at the beautiful result. There was something sacred. It could be a Madonna or a nun. What do you see? Dieย Cyanotypieย (Griechisch wรถrtlich โ€žBlaudruc Dieย Cyanotypieย (Griechisch wรถrtlich โ€žBlaudruckโ€œ), auch alsย Eisenblaudruckย bekannt, ist ein altes fotografischesย Edeldruckverfahrenย mit blauen Farbtรถnen. Hier habe ich es genutzt, eine Tetrapack Radierung von mir mit meinem Pinguin zu verรคndern. Farn und Eiswรผrfeln und etwas Wasserspritzer haben einen schรถnen Effekt. Am Samstag den 07.06.24 in der Villafarbenfroh in Wiesbaden und den 14.06.25 bei boesner in Mainz gebe ich je einen workshop. Meldet Euch an! Cyanotype (literally "blue printing" in Greek), also known as iron blue printing, is an old photographic printing process using blue colour tones. Here I have used it to alter a Tetrapack etching of me with my penguin. Ferns and ice cubes and a little splash of water have a nice effect. I still have to touch up a few areas, like the two darker spots. This happens when I apply the light-sensitive solution and when it dries.
